If your purchase wasn’t what you expected, we are happy to exchange or refund any items within 7 days from the date you received your order. We simply ask that all returned items are in their original condition and unused.
We recommend that returns are made using recorded delivery so that you have proof of dispatch as unfortunately we cannot be responsible for goods lost or damaged in the post. Please return your item in all the original packing, ensuring that it is clearly labelled.
We are unable to make a refund until the original item has been received. Should your item be deemed as faulty we will be more than happy to refund the return postage cost.
Once we have received the item, a refund will be made direct to the account you purchased the item from. For hygiene reasons, we cannot except returns on earrings, or custom items.
